Chelsea Ross

Chelsea grew up in Murfreesboro, TN. In college, she was an outside hitter for Middle Tennessee State University from 2012 to 2016. While she was there, she received the following awards: Conference USA All Conference Team 2013, 2014, 2015, All Region 2013, Community Service Award 2014, President of MTSU Student Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) & Graduated with a degree in Exercise Science. In 2016 she joined the Georgia State University beach volleyball team. While she was there, she received the following awards: 2017 CCSA All-Conference Team, 2017 CCSA Pair of the Year, 2017 Dig Magazine All-American, and graduated with her Masters in teaching Health & Physical Education. After her year playing a Georgia State she stayed on as the Graduate Assistant for the indoor & Beach volleyball teams for the 2017-2018 season. After graduating she decided to move out to Hermosa Beach. Her best finishes since moving out has been Chicago AVP 2021 with a 9th place finish.
Chelsea’s teaching and playing experience makes her a great coach. She manages her court with ease and keeps players engaged with her positive style.
